In 2024, the city of Mexico DF is renamed Gammapolis and is a shelter for the victims of a nuclear war started in 2012. There is no more democracy and a brutal dictature is ruling the place, after the coup d’etat of a cruel general. Rays of the sun are not filtered anymore by the earth atmosphere because of nuclear bombings that have destroyed the stratosphere. The inhabitants are obliged to live only by night to avoid mortal irradiations. A group of rebels are preparing a bomb attack against the tower of the general and his scientific assistant possessing the remedy against irradiations. The young and silent Epifanio, a former rebel, is going to wake up from a violent dream, hard to explain, in which he’s going to understand his destiny: he’s the one who could kill the general and get the remedy to wipe out the dictature and liberate the inhabitants, who would be free again to live under the sun…
